As a veteran I want to pay tribute to all those who served before me, with me and after me. Many have laid down their lives for their country. It troubles me greatly to see our President and so many others either not care or want to remember those heroic men and women. On this weekend that we honor them, let them be in our prayers along with their families, and let us fly our American flags proudly not just now but everyday.
God bless you that serve now and will serve. Thank you to all those brave ones that have set the example and braved the fight to protect the safety of our country and its people.
Our freedom has been preserved by the unselfish sacrifice of many and often not valued by those who have had to pay nothing. God bless and protect our service men and women.
